We are no longer offering the assistance dog symbol on the Access Card.
Even without the assistance dog symbol, it still remains your right to request the support of your animal on a day-to-day basis, but the reasonableness of this request needs to be decided by the venue directly, in the context in which it is requested; something we are unable to directly confirm across our 3,000+ venues, events and attractions.
As always, if your needs are such that you require a significant amount of support in order to be able to attend venues and events then we may consider the +1 symbol which means that you can have a companion to provide that support for free as a reasonable adjustment in line with the Equality Act.
