Renewing Your Access Card

You will receive reminders by email up to 3 months away from your card expiry date with a link to renew.

If you're ready to renew your Access Card please visit our renewals page 

You will be asked if your requirements have changed and will be able to request the symbols that you now need if they have changed.

If you choose not to renew, your card will automatically expire and be removed from the system so if you change your mind after this you will need to do a completely new application.
